Privacy Policies

At TAD, we are aware that your data must be safeguarded and protected with absolute seriousness and commitment. That is why we meticulously design our privacy policies to ensure you have an excellent user experience while browsing our website.

Terms and Conditions for Students

The student will take a diagnostic exam, which will allow them to know their level of English and subsequently the starting point for their studies..

The student's progress is closely related to their commitment to studying the classes received. At this point, the TAD teaching team is always attentive to provide help and support to the student so that they can successfully develop each lesson. Our teaching method is personalized, whether individually or in groups, which will help the student create a trusting environment to learn the language and facilitate practice, making the learning process more effective and faster.

The student must be punctual for the start of each class, according to the schedule established previously during registration. There are no waiting minutes for the same, as our teachers have a class schedule for the day that they must adhere to.

If a student is unable to attend a class, they must notify their absence at least two hours prior to the start of the class.

Only two (2) classes can be made up within the month of activities according to your study plan (without exception).

The student must pay the monthly fee for their study plan one day before the start date; this will allow us to activate their username and password on our study platform and subsequently provide the necessary information for their start.

Once the cancellation of the study month has been completed, the student must send the payment receipt with the transfer reference and date to our number via WhatsApp +58.414.0862068 or to the email admin@tadvenezuela.com to effectively validate their request.

ACADEMIC POLICIES AND SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES – TAD

The student acknowledges that the monthly fee includes regular classes and complementary activities such as thermal classes, pronunciation activities, reading, conversation club, etc.

The rescheduling of assessments and personalized reinforcement classes have an additional cost.

The academic recommendations made by the institution aim to ensure the student's progress.

The detailed information will be provided by the advisors.

Refund Policies

A partial refund will be made if the customer decides, after having completely canceled their month of classes, to withdraw from the course before it has started.

If the student decides to withdraw after having started their month of classes, no refund will be issued. This applies to both group and private modalities.

If the refund request is made within the first 72 hours after canceling the month of classes, the refund will be full; after this time, a partial refund will apply.

The refund must be requested formally through a Google form.

The refund process will take 5 to 7 business days.

The refund will be made taking into account the amount paid by the customer.

An extraordinary situation is understood as hospitalization for a prolonged or indefinite period, migration or relocation, death, or reasons of force majeure..

If the customer has canceled in any foreign currency in cash, the refund will be made in the same manner.

Once the program has started or the academic group has closed, the payment made guarantees the reservation of the spot and is non-refundable under any circumstances, except in cases of force majeure previously established in this policy. In those cases, the institution may evaluate internal alternatives such as schedule changes or rescheduling, but not a refund.

Applicable cases for refund request

Refunds can only be evaluated in situations of duly proven force majeure, such as:

Sudden move of state, city, or country.

Hospitalization, illness, accident, or prolonged medical rest.

Death of a direct family member (father, mother, children, spouse, or siblings).

Verifiable administrative error on the part of the academy (duplicate charge, assignment of non-existent schedule, or incorrect information)

validated).

The request will be evaluated by the Administrative Directorate and does not imply automatic approval.

In case of health

The student must present:

• Medical report or current clinical certificate indicating the condition or rest.

In case of death

The student must present:

• Basic document or certificate that supports the situation.

In case of moving

The student must present:

•  Air or land ticket, visa, employment letter, or document evidencing the move.

In case of an administrative error by the academy

The student must present:

• Screenshot of the conversation, invoice, receipt, or information received that shows the error, if available.

The academy will carry out the corresponding internal verification to validate the situation.

This is because reserving a spot involves academic planning, teacher assignment, and blocking availability for other students.

Advance Payment Policy – TAD

In order to maintain the financial balance of the institution and ensure the continuity of our academic services, TAD establishes the following conditions regarding advance payments:

1. Advance payments in foreign currencies.

The students who wish to advance monthly payments or academic periods may do so without limitation when the payment is made in foreign currency (USD). This allows for the stability of the service value over time and ensures proper academic and administrative planning.

2. Advance payments in bolívares.

Due to the constant fluctuation of the local currency value and the current economic dynamics of the country:

• Advance payments of monthly fees in bolívares are not accepted.

• Payments in bolivars will only be accepted for the current academic month or the one immediately about to start. This measure aims to prevent financial distortions that could affect the operation and quality of the service provided to our students.

3. Reservation of spots (if applicable).

Reservation Policy.

➢ The amount of the reserved quota, if applicable, is indicated by management.

➢ It can be paid in bolivars at the official exchange rate (BCV) in effect on the day of payment or in foreign currency.

➢ The reservation:

       It is non-refundable.

       It is not transferable.

It only guarantees the availability of the spot until the start date.

➢ The remaining balance of the monthly payment will be calculated based on the current price in USD and converted to bolivars at the official exchange rate on the day the payment is completed.

➢ The amount provided as a deposit will be deducted as equivalent to the canceled amount in USD from the total price in USD.

Cashea Usage Policy – TAD.

In order to maintain administrative and financial order and consistency in our registration processes, TAD establishes the following conditions for the use of Cashea as a payment method:

1. Authorized use of Cashea.

Cashea may only be used for:

Payment for the first month of classes, or

Full payment for the quarter (3 months).

2. Prohibited uses.

Use of Cashea is not allowed for:

Payments for individual consecutive months.

Subsequent monthly renewals.

Partial payments of monthly installments.

Payments that generate overlapping fees with new academic periods.

The student must have paid the total amount for the corresponding academic period before starting a new month of classes under this modality.

It is not possible to enroll in a new academic period while there are outstanding active fees from a previous period.

3. Unique and unmodifiable procedure.

Once a payment has been approved and processed through Cashea:

The student will not be able to cancel the order in Cashea to change the payment method.

It is not allowed to change from Cashea to direct payment once the operation has started.

Requests for adjustments, reversals, or combinations of payment methods outside the established procedure are not allowed.

Cashea has its own financing process, and TAD maintains an internal administrative process, which is why unilateral modifications by the student are not authorized.

4. Non-compliance.

Any cancellation, reversal, or modification made without authorization that affects the administrative or financial order may result in:

Temporary suspension of academic service.

Administrative review of the case.

Necessary adjustments to restore the correct payment process.

We appreciate your understanding and support in complying with these guidelines.
